Delivery

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Pure Lean Nutrition.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). All orders will be sent the following business day after the order is placed. We will provide you with a tracking number for orders over 500g so that you can see the location of the item. The tracking number usually takes a day to appear on the system. Estimated delivery times is around 2-10 business days depending on the state you live in. Rural Areas and WA can take up to 5-12 business days.

For security, all orders are shipped signature on delivery; a purchase will not be left at the address unattended, which is why we recommend people use their work address if their residence is left unattended during the day. If no one is in attendance at a specified address a slip will be left in your mail box to either call for re-delivery or collect from the nearest post office. Pure Lean Nutrition does not take any responsibility if you authorise for your parcel to be left at your house unattended. If you give instructions for your parcel to be left, please ensure that it will be in a safe and secure place.

Please Note: All our products sent Internationaly might incur duties and taxes by entering the country on delivery and this will be the respnsiblity of the purchaser and not the seller.

Faulty Puchase

Please be aware that occasionally an item may be received faulty in transit. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement upon return of the faulty item. Please note that as Pure Lean Nutrition operates as an "online store", return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, and Pure Lean Nutrition will be happy to offer complementary shipping for the replacement item to be shipped back to the customer.

Returns Process

All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging ,unless the items were damaged prior to you receiving them, All items returned required to be in an unused/factory sealed and saleable condition.

Please note that as Pure Lean Nutrition operates as an "online store", return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must have a Returns Authorisation (RA) Number.

Please Note: Items returned with no RA Number will be rejected.
